Privacy policy

تطبيق Travelermap تقدمه رحلات تبوك في المملكة العربية السعودية ("نحن"). توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدامك التطبيق، ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

ما نجمعه

  • بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني، والاسم الظاهر الذي تختاره، وكلمة المرور محفوظة مشفّرة ولا نطّلع عليها.
  • الموقع: موقعك الدقيق أثناء استخدام التطبيق، لعرض الأماكن القريبة والمسافة إليها وللتأكد من زيارتك عند تسجيل الحضور. وإذا بدأت تسجيل مسار، نستخدم الموقع في الخلفية حتى تنهي التسجيل فقط. لا نحفظ موقعك الحالي في حسابك، بل نحفظ المسارات التي تختار حفظها والأماكن التي سجّلت حضورك فيها.
  • ما تضيفه: الأماكن، والصور، والتقييمات، والمراجعات، والبلاغات. الأماكن والصور والمراجعات تظهر لمستخدمي التطبيق الآخرين مع اسمك الظاهر.
  • قوائمك ونشاطك: الأماكن التي حفظتها أو أعجبتك أو زرتها، ومجموعاتك، والدول التي زرتها، ونقاط المسافر.
  • الصور من جهازك: نصل فقط إلى الصور التي تختارها لرفعها.

ما لا نفعله

  • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
  • لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

الجهات التي تساعدنا في تشغيل التطبيق

  • Supabase: استضافة قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول وتخزين الصور، على خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت).
  • مزوّدو الخرائط والبحث: تُطلب منهم أجزاء الخريطة وصور الأقمار الصناعية، ويُرسل إليهم نص البحث عن الأماكن، دون بيانات حسابك.
  • ويكيبيديا وويكي بيانات: مصدر معلومات وصور بعض الأماكن المعروفة.
  • تطبيقات الخرائط: عند الضغط على "الاتجاهات" يفتح التطبيق خرائط آبل أو قوقل، وتخضع حينها لسياسة خصوصيتها.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا، فنحذف حسابك وبياناته الخاصة خلال 30 يومًا. قد تبقى الأماكن التي أضفتها على الخريطة دون ربطها باسمك.

حقوقك

لك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو أن تعترض على معالجتها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) لمستخدمي الاتحاد الأوروبي. راسلنا على support@travelermap.app.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

التغييرات

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييرًا مهمًا فسنعلن ذلك في التطبيق قبل سريانه.

Travelermap is provided by Tabuk Tours in Saudi Arabia ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why, and how you control it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, the display name you choose, and your password, which is stored encrypted and never visible to us.
  • Location: your precise location while you use the app, to show nearby places and their distance and to confirm a visit when you check in. If you start recording a trail, we use location in the background until you finish recording. We do not store your current location in your account; we store the trails you choose to save and the places you checked in at.
  • What you add: places, photos, ratings, reviews and reports. Places, photos and reviews are visible to other users with your display name.
  • Your lists and activity: places you saved, liked or visited, your collections, the countries you visited and your Traveler points.
  • Photos on your device: we only access the photos you pick to upload.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.

Services that help us run the app

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and photo storage, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
  • Map and search providers: they receive requests for map tiles and satellite imagery, and the text of place searches, without your account details.
  • Wikipedia and Wikidata: the source of information and photos for some well-known places.
  • Maps apps: when you tap "Directions", the app opens Apple Maps or Google Maps, whose own privacy policies then apply.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing us; we delete your account and its private data within 30 days. Places you added may stay on the map without your name attached.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and, for users in the European Union, the GDPR. Write to support@travelermap.app.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will announce it in the app before it takes effect.
